As the mother of a special-need angel, Samuel, Ms. Ran has developed a deep commitment to helping families navigate complex legal challenges. A graduate of Peking University Law School and Fordham University School of Law, she also pursued advanced studies at SOAS, University of London. Her education spans legal systems in the United States, the United Kingdom, and China, and she has gained extensive experience working in major metropolitan hubs, including New York, Hong Kong, London, and cities in China.
Ms. Ran is a member of the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys, the New York State Bar Association's Trusts and Estate Planning Committee, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Since 2021, she has been consistently recognized as a "Rising Star" by Super Lawyers for the New York region.

Michael X. Tang, the Managing Partner of Tang & Associates, has extensive legal knowledge and experience through years of study and practice in China and the United States. Graduated from law schools of Shandong University and Wuhan University, China, and Fordham University in New York. Prior to emigration to the US, Mr. Tang was admitted in China teaching and practicing law there for ten years. He has been admitted to practice in the State of New York and US Federal Courts (Including EDNY, SDNY, United States Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit, United States Court of International Trade, United States Supreme Court) for nearly twenty years.
Mr. Tang is a member of multiple bar associations including AILA. His proposal of RN as EB-1 category was adopted by Congress in alleviating US RN shortage. He has handled many influential cases, including Trump Birth House bid/purchase case, Madam Soong Mei-ling's NY property case, etc.

Mr. Chan brings over 18 years of experience in various legal practicing areas, extensively in real estate, corporate, business transaction, investment, trademark, condo development, estate planning and asset protection.
Education Background: LLM in International Law, MBA, MA in Economics; LLB from ZhongShan (Sun Yat-Sen) University, China.
Community Activity: New York Chinese Business Association — Vice President; Legal Counsel and Member of Board of Directors. New York Chinese Beauty Pageant — Legal Counsel. Guest speaker on many radio shows and often at public and community events, giving seminars about real estate, business, and investment sponsored by nonprofit organizations and major banks including Citibank, HSBC, JP Morgan Chase and First American International Bank.

Joe Zhou has over 25 years of experience as a practicing attorney in New York State and several federal jurisdictions including the U.S. Supreme Court. He is particularly skilled in commercial litigation, real estate, immigration, and the design and operation of investment immigration programs. He had several years of experience as a judge in China and has a deep understanding of the legal systems in both China and the United States.
He has personally managed multiple EB-5 fund companies, which raised over $100 million to fund several real estate development projects in New York City, New York State, and Chicago, Illinois. He owns and manages two EB-5 regional centers, which have been officially authorized, licensed, and approved by USCIS.

Being the Managing Partner at iLead Law Group, P.C., Mingli Chen graduated from New York University and Peking University law schools and holds a certificate from Harvard Law School. He is licensed to practice in multiple federal appellate and district courts. Previously, he served as a Court Attorney in Queens and Manhattan Civil Courts in New York City, gaining invaluable courtroom experience and resources.
Mr. Chen is one of the few lawyers nationwide who has appeared in courts across more than thirty U.S. states, and is awarded the "Super Lawyer" distinction by Thomson Reuters. He focuses on criminal defense, civil and commercial litigation, immigration court practices, and more. His work has been featured several times in global media outlets like The New York Times and Reuters.

Ting Geng, Esq. is a New York-licensed attorney and the Founding Partner of Geng & Associates, P.C. She is admitted to practice before the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Second, Fifth, Sixth, and Eleventh Circuits, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and serves as a Board Director of AAAA.
Ms. Geng focuses her practice on family-based immigration and high-level investment and employment-based immigration matters, including EB-5 immigrant investor petitions, EB-1A extraordinary ability cases, EB-2 National Interest Waivers (NIW), and L-1 and EB-1C multinational executive and manager petitions. She also represents clients in immigration-related litigation at the federal court level.
With extensive experience in the EB-5 field, Ms. Geng advises high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and multinational executives on immigration structuring and compliance strategies. Ms. Geng previously served as an immigration columnist for World Journal Weekly and has been interviewed multiple times by major North American Chinese-language television networks to provide analysis of U.S. immigration policy and investment trends.

Yuan Jiang is the founder of the Law Firm of Yuan Jiang, P.C. He holds academic credentials from prestigious institutions including Harvard University and the University of Pennsylvania, with degrees in mathematics, computer and information science, and finance and law. Prior to founding the Law Firm, he worked at the prestigious investment bank Morgan Stanley on Wall Street and the world-renowned auction house Sotheby's.
Mr. Jiang advises and represents a sophisticated and diverse cross-border clientele across the United States and China, spanning industries such as real estate, steel manufacturing, cryptocurrency, and capital markets matters, including IPOs. His practice encompasses commercial litigation, shareholder and corporate governance disputes, employment and physician contract disputes, real estate litigation, corporate compliance, and public offerings. His clients include publicly traded companies, CEOs and chairpersons, high-net-worth individuals, and senior executives.

Mr. Lantao Sun is a Partner at Sacco & Fillas LLP and focuses on personal injury and tort compensation cases, especially legal services for Chinese speaking clients. His practice includes motor vehicle accidents, pedestrian injury claims and premises liability cases. He earned dual undergraduate degrees from Beijing Foreign Studies University and later received his J.D. from Touro Law School.
With extensive legal practice experience in New York, he has developed broad experience in civil, criminal, corporation, immigration related matters and small business legal support. In recent years, Mr. Sun has actively promoted cross-border legal collaboration between the United States and China. Louisa Wu, Esq. is the co-founder of Wu Law Group. A dynamic, bilingual attorney with law degrees from both China and the United States, Louisa has built her career on connecting communities, breaking barriers, and delivering results.

Qiang Bjornbak has obtained admissions to the Bar of P.R. China, and the State Bar of California more than 23 years ago. She is now a vice chair of the ABA International Law Section Immigration and Naturalization Committee. Qiang Bjornbak has handled more than one thousand cases relating to U.S. immigration law, civil litigation, and China law, including but not limited to asylum, withholding of removal, adjustment of status, naturalization, L-1, EB1A, EB1C, reinstatement of student status, appearances at USCIS offices, asylum offices, immigration courts in major cities in the US, Board of Immigration Appeals, 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, immigration detention facility, VAWA, U visa, family-based petitions, employment-based petitions, etc.
She has served in leadership roles with the American Bar Association International Law Section (ABA ILS) and the California State Bar, receiving special recognition from the ABA in 2007, the Mulan Award in 2022 from ACUA, and World Distinguished Asian Women Award in 2025. She has been invited as a speaker for ABA, California State Bar, real estate associations, etc. Her articles were published on "The International Lawyer".
