Co-hosted by AAAA and the California Asian American Attorneys Association (CAAAA), presented by attorneys Elizabeth Yang and Yanfei Ran and moderated by attorney Qiang Bjornbak. Topics include the pitfalls of intestate succession, avoiding estate tax, parental gifts, property purchases by non-residents, the inheritance complications of divorce or multiple marriages, and special issues with cross-state and overseas assets.
