A freshly mopped supermarket floor with no warning sign; a broken stairwell light or an icy step — these seemingly “unlucky” accidents can mean a bruise, or a fracture, a hospital stay, lost work, even a lasting impact. Yet many people simply write it off, not knowing that such a fall may well be grounds for a legal claim.
AAAA’s free “Legal Insights” public talk returns this August to make things clear:
· When is the other party (a store, landlord, or property manager) liable? · What should you do right after a fall, so your case isn’t “right but unprovable”? · What does the litigation process involve, and how can an ordinary person protect themselves?

Attorney Sun focuses on personal injury and tort claims, especially traffic accidents, pedestrian injuries, and slip-and-falls inside buildings, and has long served the Chinese-speaking community.
