Themed on FinCEN's latest reporting rules and their practical application, the session drew a strong turnout of attorneys and professionals.

The event marks a milestone in AAAA's effort to build a professional legal-training system. Guest speaker Josh Luksberg — Senior Vice President at FNF and a seasoned attorney — walked through the policy background of the FinCEN rules, the key changes to filing requirements, and a step-by-step demonstration on the online platform, earning unanimous praise from attendees.

An interactive Q&A let participants raise real-world questions, which the speaker addressed one by one. The program ran in full accordance with New York State CLE standards — course design, materials, instructor qualifications, and attendance records — reflecting AAAA's long-term plan to become an accredited CLE provider.
