Ms. Miao is a founding partner of iLead Law LLP, an experienced lawyer admitted to the New York State Bar, with specialties in immigration laws. Ms. Miao is admitted to the New York State Bar, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit; and is a member to the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

Ms. Miao has specialized in immigration law for over 15 years and has served over a thousand corporate and individual clients.
