Michael X. Tang, the Managing Partner of Tang & Associates, P.C. has extensive legal knowledge and experience through years of study and practice in China and the United States.

Graduated from law schools of Shandong University and Wuhan University, China, and Fordham University in New York, USA. Prior to emigration to the U.S., Mr. Tang was admitted in China teaching and practicing law there for ten years. He has been admitted to practice in the State of New York and U.S. Federal Courts (Including EDNY, SDNY, United States Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit, United States Court of International Trade, United States Supreme Court) for nearly twenty years. Mr. Tang is a member of multiple bar associations including AILA, his proposal of RN as EB-1 category was adopted by Congress in alleviating U.S. RN shortage; he has handled many influential cases, including Trump Birth House bid/purchase case, Madam Soong Mei-ling’s NY property case, etc.
