Joe Zhou is a founding partner of iLead Law LLP. Joe is well-known in the United States and has over 20 years of experience as a practicing attorney. He is particularly skilled in commercial litigation, real estate, and the design and operation of investment immigration programs. He has years of experience as a judge in China and has a deep understanding of the legal systems in both China and the United States. He is adept at applying the law to business and using commercial thinking to help clients maximize their legal rights. He has personally prepared and operated property insurance companies and EB-5 regional centers, combining law and business to gain valuable experience.

He previously owned a title insurance company in New York and has over 16 years of management and legal experience in the real estate property insurance field. He also owned, managed, and operated a mortgage company under the supervision of the New York State Banking Department. In New York, he owned, managed, and operated a real estate brokerage company. He manages three EB-5 regional centers, which have been officially authorized, licensed, and approved by the US Citizenship and Immigration Services. He has personally managed multiple EB-5 fund companies, raising over $100 million to fund several real estate development projects in New York City, New York State, and Chicago, Illinois. He serves as the principal fund manager for multiple EB-5 fund management companies.

He provides consulting, management, and practical operation of legal services for many high-end clients' investment portfolios, including foreclosed properties, bank-owned properties (REO), bank short sales, and mortgage purchases. He is highly regarded in the industry.
